Managed security

Your devices and accounts, watched and maintained.

Patching, endpoint protection, backups, and compliance checks run on a schedule. An engineer reviews the results, fixes what needs fixing, and explains it in plain English.

How the work flows

Automation does the checking. A person makes the call.

Signals from every layer go to one automation platform, which patches, fixes, tests, and logs. Anything that needs judgment goes to an engineer before it changes your systems or your compliance record.

What we cover

Six layers, each with a person accountable for it

  • Endpoint protection

Detection and response on every laptop, workstation, and server, plus vulnerability scanning.

  • Patching and maintenance

Operating system and application updates, scripted fixes, and device health checks.

  • Identity and access

MFA, admin roles, password management, and secure remote access.

  • Email security

Phishing filtering and encrypted mail for messages that carry patient information.

  • Backup and recovery

Encrypted backups of devices and cloud data, with restore tests on a schedule.

  • Network and Wi-Fi

DNS filtering, firewalls, and Wi-Fi, on the hardware you already own where it is supported.

Why we don't list our tools here. Each layer runs on established, commercially supported products. A public map of which product protects which layer tells an attacker what to evade, so we name every product in your proposal, under NDA.
